Анотація

У статті на підставі аналізу позицій вчених-адміністративістів та нормативно-право­вих актів, що регламентують відносини у сфері морського транспорту, виділені і до­сліджені види адміністративних послуг у сфері морського транспорту. Автором відзна­чено необхідність внесення змін і доповнень до норм чинного законодавства з метою по­кращення процедури надання адміністративних послуг у сфері морського транспорту.

In the article on the basis of analysis of the positions of administrative law scholars and legal acts regulating relations in the field of maritime transport are highlighted and investigated types of administrative services in the field of maritime transport. The author notes the need for changes and additions to the norms of current legislation in order to improve the procedure of administrative services in the field of maritime transport.
